What is and isn't included
Travel included. Our fees include travelling and accommodation expenses.
No charge for rescheduled remote hearings. There is no additional cost if your remote hearing is rescheduled.
Pay in stages. You pay an initial 50% upfront fee to start your matter. The remaining payment can be agreed to suit your budget.
Court fees are separate. Our prices do not include any court fee. You pay this directly to the court and we can guide you on how.
Two free amendments. You can request amendments to any drafted document twice. Further amendments are charged at £99 per hour on a pro rata basis.
One call a day. Once engaged, you can call once a day between 10:00am and 4:00pm. Additional calls are charged at £99 per hour on a pro rata basis.
